The WorkRight scheme operates through Mencap's network of supported employment services across the UK.
A central contact will look after your company's specific requirements and introduce candidates to match vacancies. After initial selection, each candidate has a training period (usually four to six weeks, depending on individual needs) to check their suitability.
We'll provide support in the workplace from interview stage for as long as required. We'll also help you to ensure your organisation is accessible and supportive of people with a learning disability - through staff training, making simple, reasonable adjustments and other initiatives.
