Jay benefits from regular football coaching

Jay  is 25 years old and lives in Wolverhampton with his family.  

He looks forward to Tuesday mornings when he goes to the Wolves Football Project co-ordinated by Mencap's Wolverhampton Leisure Development Project. 

Jay loves football and really enjoys his weekly sessions with qualified coaches. 

The project teaches people with a learning disability football skills and provides opportunities to compete in leagues. For Jay it's a great chance to do football training, which he is mad about, while making new friends and keeping fit. 

Jay just can't get enough football and also plays on Sunday afternoons. During the week he goes to a training centre where he is learning building skills such as making slabs.
